There is plenty of parking at GCC HS & the Regional Family YMCA. If you play games at Aquinas Academy please note...the gym is located at the back of the school with a small parking lot. If you park in the front lot of the school you will need to walk down the steps located between the church and the school

Grades 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th 8th
**Game Length - All grades will play two 12 minute halves with the clock stopping on all whistles
**Each overtime will be 2 minutes with clock stopping on all whistles
**Each team will have (3) 45 second timeouts per game to use when needed. No carry overs into OT
**If overtime is needed each team will have (1) 45 second timeout per OT
**Fouls will be 5 personal per game.....7 team = 1 on 1 10 team = double bonus per half
**Ball size 3rd & 4th 28.5 girl size.....5th 6th 7th 8th 29.5 boys size
**Each team must supply 1 person at the scorers table to work clock or score book
**There will be no standingsor awards for this league
**Free throws will be from the line 3rd & 4th can extend over the line...5th 6th 7th 8th can not extend over the line
**Press rule for 3rd & 4th grade last 3minutes of the game and all of the OTs unless the lead is 15 pts or more
**Press rule for 5th & 6th 7th & 8th grade anytime during the game unless the lead becomes 15pts or more
Zero Tolerance Policy - The WCESBL will hold firm to enforcing a zero tolerance policy with all players coaches parents or any fan in attendance of a WCESBL game. Any complaint issued to the league will be throughly investigated. The league officers have the power to issue a suspension or expulsion to any person or persons in order to continue league operations without disruptions. The league officers decision will be final
